
Ingredients
- 2 large croissants
- 2 chicken breasts
- Β½ cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- Β½ tsp paprika
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for frying
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Caesar Sauce

- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Black pepper, to taste

- Prepare the chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. - Bread the chicken:
Coat each piece in flour, dip into beaten egg, then cover thoroughly with breadcrumbs or panko. - Fry:
Heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 4β5 minutes per side, until crispy and cooked through. Drain on paper towels. - Make the Caesar sauce:
Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until creamy. - Prepare the croissants:
Slice the croissants open without cutting completely through. Lightly toast them if desired. - Assemble:
Spread plenty of Caesar sauce on the bottom. Add chopped romaine lettuce, crispy chicken, and grated Parmesan. - Finish:
Add another drizzle of Caesar sauce, close the croissant, and serve immediately while the chicken is hot and crispy. π₯ππ₯
Tip: Panko breadcrumbs give the chicken that extra-crispy crunch shown in the video.
