Ingredients

- 6β8 slices sandwich bread
- 1 cup pizza/tomato sauce
- 1Β½β2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Β½ cup sliced pepperoni
- Β½ green bell pepper, sliced
- Β½ red bell pepper, sliced
- ΒΌ cup sliced black olives
- Β½ tsp dried oregano
- Β½ tsp chili flakes, optional
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Salt, to taste

- Prepare the tray:
Lightly grease a baking sheet with butter or olive oil. Arrange the bread slices tightly together to form one large pizza-style base. - Add the sauce:
Spread an even layer of pizza/tomato sauce over all the bread slices. - Load it up:
Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni, red and green peppers, and black olives. - Season:
Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes over the top. - Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 10β15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. - Get that crispy finish:
For extra browning, switch to the broiler/grill for 1β2 minutes, watching closely. - Slice & serve:
